  1. Ass brands, assuming they're not covered with diarrhea stains (as you frequently like to point out), can sometimes do ok when you pick them up on sale for $1 or under. Otherwise, I find it's better to pick up fewer but higher-quality items just because they'll flip much quicker and for higher margins.

  2. I'm glad you mentioned vintage Mossimo. Before target picked it up, it was kind of a hot item (mid 90s). I remember having to go to boutique stores to find it with brands like Stussy, 26 Red, JNCO, etc.

  3. Someone donated 2 pairs of Faded Glory booties to me. I almost didn't list them. They both sold within 3 weeks for 25 and 22. Who knows… But I agree, I wouldn't pick them at the thrift store.

  4. The people that say every sales on ebay eventually , that's not true at all. We all have items that just won't sale at all. That will either end back at Thrift or sold off cheap on Marketplace etc . Your vids are so cool πŸ‘Œβ˜Ί

  5. Great video – good subject. I don’t sell many mens’ clothes because I don’t know much about men’s clothes. I am learning from you. Thanks for the info.

  6. You know, you are totally to blame for this but I find myself now flipping through the racks and in my head, I am saying "ass, ass, ass". Hopefully someday I won't actually be talking outloud. Today, everything was ass.

  7. So- thank you for existing. I've learned so much in the short time that I've started reselling, and shifted into clothes which I would have been so lost. Your advice on "look for reasons NOT to purchase an item has been paramount in smart decision making. 1000 thank yous from Phoenix – the devil's anus.

  8. thanks, just the type of video i've been wanting. i'm in NJ and some of these i never see, whereas there are other ass brands like Gildan and Champion (though i think you said the latter is okay at the bins?) I see every single trip. hope you'll consider doing more videos like this if you can think of another 20!

  9. Day after watching this video one of my A$$ brands sells, Mossimo. But as mentioned in video it was only picked up cause
    1. From bins so cost $1.5
    2. Summer trends – cargo shorts
    3. Larger size – 42
    4. Found 3 pairs of them (didn’t lot up but should have).

  10. I'm a firm believer that one day, brands such as Merona, Cherokee, White Stag etc will have a following. The quality of the fabrics of any of these made before 2008 is much better than many high street brands of today.
