American Airways passenger places ‘seat stealer’ on blast

It felt virtually nearly as good as sitting subsequent to an empty center seat.

An American Airways frequent flier shared the second they witnessed a seat stealer get her comeuppance when she was knocked almost 27 rows again to her assigned seat — a lot to the delight of different passengers.

A Redditor who mentioned they fly almost each week for work shared a listing of issues their fellow flyers do this annoy them in under the r/americanairlines subreddit.

“At all times making an attempt to take seats that aren’t theirs, holding up boarding or simply being plain impolite,” they started their now-viral rant.

The poster revealed they noticed a girl who had bought seat 35B make herself comfy in seat 8C beside her mom. A couple of minutes later, the true proprietor of the seat arrived and famous that the lady was within the improper spot.

The seat stealer tried to smooth-talk the true 8C passenger into swapping seats, in response to the submit.

“The seat stealer then says, ‘Are you able to simply transfer to my seat as I wish to sit by my mom.’ The particular person [whose seat] it was requested what seat is it and the seat stealer says 35B,” the Redditor wrote.

“I don’t know what came visiting me, however I blurted out, “Are you f–king severe?! Transfer to 35B from 8D? You’re loopy,’” they added.

The outburst brought about different passengers to snort on the would-be seat stealer, who grew flustered and fled again to her rightful spot after being advised no once more by the true 8D passenger.

“So seat stealer needed to stand up and head to the again, obtrusive at me as she did so. As she glared, I advised her, ‘You’ll be able to glare at me all you need, however [you’re] a– remains to be going again to 35B!’ ” the Redditor wrote.

The feedback on the thread had been fast to reward the unknown passenger and seat defender.

Some customers questioned why the obvious mom of the seat stealer hadn’t bought a ticket along with her daughter — or why the stealer hadn’t tried to purchase a seat additional up within the first place.

“If she wished to take a seat by her mother that unhealthy she’d ask the man in 35C if he needs to take a seat in row 8,” one person urged.
