Armed Forces veterans loved a sing-along and shared wartime recollections as they have been handled to a particular tea dance at Clacton’s Princes Theatre.

Organised by the Clacton department of the Royal British Legion and supported by Tendring District Council (TDC), the annual Veterans’ Tea Dance noticed ex-services personnel and their company invited for foods and drinks and to since-along and dance to wartime period music.

The occasion, held on Tuesday, 10 September, began with the standard Final Submit and a minute’s silence to recollect the fallen, each those that died in energetic service and former tea dance attendees.
