"your presence is a threat"
When you're scared of someone existing, you shouldn't be a cop.
"I'm not playing this game"
Always means "I don't like that you are enforcing your rights"
Nazi Germany it's like adding 2 +2 .. they just Need to do what they need to do , we could have 10 cars stop and our police will do there job and not worry about anybody else .. these cops are so triggered by anything
Why didn‘t the sister just leave? Is it that hard to follow a simple order?
These are the scumbags of 'Law Enforcement ' in America. Nothing better than a Cop that dies an agonizing death…
"I'm a vet" she said, "I don't give a shit" he said, that was very disrespectful and ugly
SIMPLY PUT, also if youre gonna quote dont leave out bits, if its worth quoting its worth showing. names ofc should be blurred, but beyond that the begin case, you blurred out that even tho they "particularly if they are armed" context is king so quote the whole thing so it can be understood properly also if you have the charisma you can convince anyone that anything is legal. its all about tone and body language. so long as you present superior and have enough to back it up to a point others just crumble before you. its kinda funny, convince someone that fridge thatll die within 2 years is worth 4800 when you can get one that lasts 20+ years for 1400… humans are feccin stupid and its really funny, satan save me from this world
Although I appreciate all the work you do to research case law, I once again totally disagree with your conclusions. None of anything you quoted regarding officer’s discretion and safety would apply to a single person, in broad daylight, sitting quietly in their car 50 or 60 feet from the officer’s investigation. Especially when he is told the situation: sister, baby. following to unknown destination, AND THE SECOND COP CONFIRMS IT. No reasonable person would think these circumstances create a dangerous situation for the officer, and he is therefore justified in forcing the sister to leave. I have never experienced a person who has such good, thorough, research skills combined with such poor judgment. There is no way the sister made that stop dangerous.
Ok, the officers were "extensively retrained", but were they really punished? How? Attending a training is not really a form of punishment, especially if it is meant to teach you how to do your job correctly. The public message from the sheriff is a commendable action, but the officers should have apologized for their behavior, too.
Don't you get so tired of these cops making up reasons to get upset at law abiding citizens, why would they care if she wait for her sister, this is so crazy and very dangerous, nut case cops.
No 'B-' for those clowns. Both of those cops get a 'P' — they are pricks.
She was entitled from the beginning
I am tired of the police treating someone like this just because they know their rights. These cops were just jerks plan and simple and to totally disrespect the fact she was a veteran. She wasn't interfering in any anyway with the traffic stop and was just sitting in her car waiting for her sister and her child to make sure they were okay.
Train the dullards.
The sister should have been arrested what a nasty person, the officers begged her to just pull up to the parking lot!
How about they can the deputy , who cannot deal with the citizens who pay his salary 🤔 just a thought
The only BS in this video is Audit claiming he using Raycons (Gaycons imo) for years, lmfao.
If there was an actual fear of the sister waiting,
one coo could’ve simply sat and waited with the sister while the other cop could’ve handled the traffic stop.
Update: I literally was typing this as he said it in the video lol. Well yeah I agree 😂
I'd just say my car is breaking down.
My man really just told someone who is retired military I don’t give af? That is wild smh
These men shouldn't be cops.
40 h courses forced pay training payed by who? that aint punishment, punishment would be that they are going about their day and that constantly out of nowhere people could stop them, harras them, taze them, kick them, shine with flashlights up their bum claiming they hid something there. I would pay alot of money to see that happen on a daily basis
Than there was no reason the other cop had to show up and he needed to leave he is obstructing the other cops traffic stop
If this has taught me anything, it's that Florida and Illinois are both shotty places to live.
