I wish the Econoline had been released here in Australia. They have character. Instead we got the Transit, which is the standard, same-as-every-other-make boxy mess… none of the beefy curves of the Econoline.
The best-selling van in Australia, the Toyota HiAce is actually not bad looking, but it’s a low-roof. The commuter / minibus version of it has a slightly higher roof though. Might be worthy of an interior build / conversion similar to yours.
