  2. i think buying land and then letting people stay on it. need way more places for people to park and stay for sure. yes charge them as you would need income too but reasonably

  3. Good my friend join us get a trailer gets a car have an outfit it do not buy a van already done you're going to pay $50,000 to $60,000 vehicle that ridiculously high and expensive and made cheaply and crap get your own van and do it yourself my friend check out my channel and go see how I did my own high top myself for pennies out of the dollar and I saved $7,000

  4. The reason people live in their vehicles now they waking up the gloves are coming off the face of people's faces it's getting hard to live nowadays I didn't mind mine also and I love it no rent no mortgage save lots of money but I still work I still have a full-time job in the daytime and I work retail in the night time which means I save a ton of money not going to rent to some great landlord anymore

  5. A car (or automobile) is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transportation.

Most definitions of car say they run primarily on roads, seat one to eight people, have four tires, and mainly transport people rather than goods.

Cars came into global use during the 20th century, and developed economies depend on them.

The year 1886 is regarded as the birth year of the modern car when German inventor Karl Benz patented his Benz Patent-Motorwagen.

Cars became widely available in the early 20th century.

One of the first cars that was accessible to the masses was the 1908 Model T, an American car manufactured by the Ford Motor Company.

Cars were rapidly adopted in the US, where they replaced animal-drawn carriages and carts, but took much longer to be accepted in Western Europe and other parts of the world.

Cars have controls for driving, parking, passenger comfort and safety, and controlling a variety of lights.

Over the decades, additional features and controls have been added to vehicles, making them progressively more complex.

Examples include rear reversing cameras, air conditioning, navigation systems, and in car entertainment.

Most cars in use in the 2010s are propelled by an internal combustion engine, fueled by the combustion of fossil fuels.

This causes air pollution and also contributes to climate change and global warming.

Vehicles using alternative fuels, such as ethanol flexible-fuel vehicles and natural gas vehicles, are also gaining popularity in some countries.

Electric cars, which were invented early in the history of the car, began to become commercially available in 2008.

There are costs and benefits to car use.

The costs include acquiring the vehicle, interest payments (if the car is financed), repairs and maintenance, fuel, depreciation, driving time, parking fees, taxes, and insurance.

The costs to society include maintaining roads, land use, road congestion, air pollution, public health, health care, and disposing of the vehicle at the end of its life.

Road traffic accidents are the largest cause of injury-related deaths worldwide.

The benefits include on-demand transportation, mobility, independence, and convenience.

The societal benefits include economic benefits, such as job and wealth creation from the automotive industry, transportation provision, societal well-being from leisure and travel opportunities, and revenue generation from the taxes.

The ability for people to move flexibly from place to place has far-reaching implications for the nature of societies.

It was estimated in 2014 that the number of cars was over 1.25 billion vehicles, up from the 500 million of 1986.

The numbers are increasing rapidly, especially in China, India and other newly industrialized countries.

  6. I work for myself and I make good money – and I have been living in my Toyota Prius for almost 3 years. I am a young single guy and the character traits you learn living this lifestyle is priceless

  7. Me + my truck = Off The Grid except for phone device…adventure mobile…zero contracts…zero debt…no kids…single ten years… reimagining what life can be cause I'm free… wasn't easy but I made it in the right ways too…responsibly debt free …been a great adventure my life has been… it continues again… now I question reality in New ways… what is possible

  8. Live where you want, but do not expect people working and living in houses to support those, who want to live or pretend to live in a car etc. my life now is a channel, where this crook pretends to live in a car, and begs for money!

  9. Help is all out here, YOU ONLY gotta ASK ! what tips / advice do you need ? cheap living, ? Financial / money?
if i don't know the answer i will find someone who has the answer to ANYTHING !

  10. Extreme Budget, Hi, Same as me i want to help me, and you and others.
I can give lots of info if anyone wants to know, for those who can and will go out and 'do it' for themselves.
UK ( no idea about USA laws / rules etc. )
I think i can help those who want to get ahead with a positive state of mind, and able to work hard for a short while.
    ( would this help ? )

  11. hey man I am doin the same . I've been living in my truck camper since April 1st. In a effort to save money to get a peice of property so they can't come and cut up my trees and give me rules ! I'm done with renting!

  12. Yes NO MATTER HOW SMALL, Ownership is EVERYTHING ! renting sucks and is for mugs who spend their money un wisely.
( except for certain circumstances ) ( or by wise business headed choice. )
in life people have 'Down times ' Most do not stay down for very long before they bounce BACK ! job loss / Redundancy / Divorce etc hits HARD ! people need a Breathing space to — BOUNCE BACK !
No one will live in a Car or Van forever ! its a short ter !m FIX for now , or a month or two etc.

If you have the Money buy a Property, Rent it out and Live in a Van for a couple of yrs ! then you can buy Property number 2 ! and 3 ! and onwards.
The SMARTEST People own BIG houses, and RENT THEM OUT and live in a Van in the old stables / garages.
The Fool is the TENNANT ! he pays for you to . OWN IT ! ( ok you don't live in it BUT YOU WILL DO ONE DAY !
( NAH Maybe you will live in a home by the SEA ! ) worth twice as much !
Only fools live in big houses with new Kitchens and NEW Bathrooms..
Smart people sell Kitchens and Bathrooms and fit them at your expense !
Have you heard about the NEW Double Glazing ?
NOW they sell you ' TRIPLE GLAZING ' 3 sheets of glass not 2 ! or ONE ! yes 3X the Glass.
    HOW MUCH £££££££££££ ??????
hey I'm from Yorkshire England UK. we are not that daft around here !

It only Snows here once a yr ! sometimes no snow all year !
it only Rains here once or twice a year !
Everyday except the odd day when it Snows !
Most of the time it is wet windy.
we get on a plane and fly to the SUN !
Yes we got all those Hurricanes and strong winds.

  13. My Idea is to have a large plot of land. then Zone it .
    area 1 car dwellers,
    area 2 van dwellers,
area 3, motorhome / RV dwellers,
area 4, Park homes, log cabins, / tiny house structures etc. ( wood or stone built )

Get the people to mix with eachother, and do business, / help eachother to move forwards,
sort of a club. a multitude of Trades and skills all to help eachother, a job for a job, or pay money? ( whatever suits ) ( no fixed rules )
trade up from car living to a van, then next yr up to a Motorhome / RV, etc. sell their old accommodation to someone who is moving up the ladder behind them.
Let them live in a van while they build a tiny house / Log Cabin / whatever ? or while they save up to move up.
Or let them stay as they are if it suits them , ( no pressure to move upwards )
All off grid power , wind solar, hydro ? whatever is best in that area.
Shower Blocks, / Toilets etc, Laundry room all shared. pay on use. ( coin operated ) at a fair price.
Also provide an Office / work station with all the latest facilities for the work from home people / online sellers etc.
( Internet, printers, land line phones, a secretary to answer multiple fones for everyone in Business so that no call goes unanswered)
take turns at bulk cooking in a kitchen, bulk cooking is cheap, less fuel, bulk buying is cheaper,
( not compulsory ) a choice to pop down to the Kitchen and ask what todays meal is ?
living and working Like a Family would.

the strong young man with no job would chop fire wood for everyone, everyone would feed him. etc.
the women would clean for him. etc. he would do jobs for the old people, old people would pay him money or make food for him.

Have some Fields to grow fresh produce .

Soon you have a CITY ! not long before you charge people Big money to live off grid.
everyone can PAY Money for anything on site, at £1.00 per unit, or do work / jobs at £1.00 per 2 units of work.
Not always to the Site, but to eachother . pay next week = 3 jobs per £1.00. etc.

    £1.00 / $1.00 dollar ? you are USA , I'm UK £1. same idea applies.

  14. Many van dwellers pay off debts, then move back upwards, up the ladder, it is " NOT FOREVER " unless you enjoy it.
and it is nice to be free.
yes sell small sections of land to first time buyers to build as they can afford even if it takes 10 yrs ! to move up to a stone house / log cabin etc.

I LIKE WHAT YOU SAY HERE ! I think the Same Ideas. ( England UK ) Paul.

  15. Some do it by choice, others cannot afford to do other at the moment, some use them for hobbies and outdoor activities.
It's just nice to be free to go anywhere at the weekend / days off etc.

  16. Once you research flat earth… " the penny will drop" how we all have been lied to , indocrinated… over the centuries,,, keep a open mind… keep doing what you wanna do.. This ain't no dress rehearsal this is it?
